Call her more often with these plans
August 21st, 2007Have you ever stressed out from your phone bill? Can’t limit yourself talking your girlfriend on the phone? Right now, there are three major cellular phone companies that offer plans for couples, and maybe it is smart to consider if your phone bill goes up to $150.
Telus, one of the biggiest cellular phone franchise in Ontario, offers Flexible Share Plan, that allows you to talk on the phone with your girl friend unlimited time, starting from $35. Also, certain features are included:
Rogers also offer Couples and Family Plan, staring from $35. The basic plan is similar to Telus, but offers more features
Fido does not have the best reputation for phone reception, but offer fairly good plans. Staring from $35, you do not just get only unlimited local calling, and text messaging between the same account members but also you also get unlimited incoming call.
In fact there are many hidden costs that is not very clearly stated on brochures, and there might be better plans that are more suitable for you. However, even if you are little concerned with your cell phone bill, and if you feel that there are no way you can reduce your time talking on the phone, you should definitely consider one of these plans.
Videogames aren’t just for guys
December 9th, 2006Nintendo’s brand new videogame console ‘Wii’ changes two myths: videogame’s aren’t just for guys anymore and secondly, videogames isn’t just sitting down and pressing buttons.
‘Wii’ (pronounced ‘we’), is for everyone. Nintendo’s motion sensitive controller has you interacting with a wireless wand that coincides with what is happening on the screen! No other console in history has this kind of game play built-in.
For example, the pre-packaged game Wii Sports, is a bundle of five different sports games: Tennis, Baseball, Golf, Boxing and Bowling. In Baseball, you need to actually swing the controller as you would a baseball bat; and keep your guard up while you play boxing. Being one of the few lucky players who’s played Wii Sports, it was simple to learn, and intuitive enough to play hours. I got the hang of it in less than two minutes.
This is definitely a unique experience that your girlfriend would enjoy. It’s a great way to play videogames because encourages you to get up and start moving.
The Nintendo Wii was launched in Canada on Nov. 19th, and has a retail price of $279.99.
