Wearing that Chung Shi shoe
I just went out to visit Foot Solutions on Mount Pleasant Road in Toronto (http://www.footsolutions.com/leaside-toronto) after reading a past article here on the site: http://loveintoronto.com/node/183. There were a few questions that I needed to know:
- Reading about that ‘bar’ in the middle of the Chung Shi, I wanted to know if the shoe was comfortable
- How could a shoe help me burn calories compared to my regular Aldo’s?

I love candy apples!
Love In Toronto went to check out the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (http://www.rockychoc.com/) at the Square One Shopping Centre and found one of the GTA’s largest supply of candy apples! Candy apples, caramel apples, candy covered granny smith apples, pig faced candy apples, Smartie apples, gummy apples! So many apples! But don’t forget the chocolates and other specialty items too! It’s that time of year again. The sun is shining, the air is sticky, the weather is hot.
It is my personal theory that in the summer, more than any other season, there are an increasing number of people who are single and on the hunt for their summer fling.
We’ve all heard the sayings: “Love is in the air,” “Spring Fever,” and “Summer sex.”
This leads me to draw several simple conclusions. One: “summer singles,” as I call them, will be out and about, strutting their stuff around Toronto’s hot spots. If so fact so, there will be plenty of opportunities to see and be seen and eventually hook up for a date sometime during the heat wave. And if so fact so, that means you’re going to have to look your best—as much as possible.
